This is an authentic Breton peacoat, truly a lifelong coat. The peacoat, a classic naval garment, has a history deeply rooted in maritime life, evolving from sailors' practical outerwear to a symbol of both naval and civilian style. It's known for its warmth, wind resistance, and classic design, characterised by a double-breasted front, wide collar, and durable wool construction.
