The Garbstore project was established alongside the retail store "Couverture & The Garbstore". Created by Emily Dyson and Ian Paley in 2008. Known for its distinct utilitarian aesthetics and laid-back London-meets-Tokyo approach to dressing, Garbstore has become a worldwide name for quality menswear.
Crafted from a cotton/linen chambray, the styling of this coat was likely inspired by shop coats worn by factory workers during the 1930s-1970s. It has lots of beautiful details throughout the garment.
