During the late 1960's the phrase 'Let it grow' became popularised among the counterculture, its double meaning concerning the growing of hair and growing of illegal plants not lost on those that used it. At the same time, Charles Schulz was beginning to turn his Peanuts strip towards themes of ecology and environmentalism, something that also greatly concerned those within the counterculture.

White premium weight 100% cotton certified organic TSPTR tee with an authentic 1970s Peanuts water-based ink print.
