If you are looking for a perfect high-quality sweatshirt, which have been carefully reproduced in the same style and quality as sweaters from the middle of the last century, this sweatshirt might be just what you are looking for!
To succeed in this mission, Whitesville have knitted these on original 4-needle 1920's vintage loopwheel machines in Japan. The facility that makes these knits is one of the last ones in the world to maintain and keep these looms in working order. 4-Needle looms are special machines that are able to knit a perfect tube, but they can only knit a set diameter. In other words, one loom for each size is required, and this is why you hardly ever see tubular construction in modern-day garments.
Because this is a vintage reproduction, the fit is inspired by an American vintage sweatshirt. Other notable features include a cover-stitched self-fabric crew-neckband, double-layer V-Insert on the front and back neck, and longer ribbed cuff and waistband and set-in-sleeve.
