Returns Policy
Indigo & Provisions Return Policy.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
We do not offer refunds, so please choose carefully. We will gladly advise you on what size to take and how items will fit, and we are happy to exchange size or style where possible. If the size or style you wish to exchange for is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging/ have swing tags attached.

We will always uphold our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If your return is accepted, we will send you the information to courier it back to us. Once it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A new tracking number will be emailed once we have sent the exchange item. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card which can be used in-store or online with no expiry date.
Returns Policy For I&P Recycle:
You have 48hours after receiving your I&P Recycle item to contact us if you wish to return the item. Because we sell on behalf of others returns will only be processed as Store Credit, no cash refunds or exchanges.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders. We encourage you to get in touch before placing your order so we can offer advice on how things fit and send you measurements where appropriate.
Faulty items (if applicable):
If you have received an item that you feel is faulty please contact us first before returning it to us. Email info@indigoandprovisions.com and let us know what is wrong with the item.
We only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged by the manufacturer, so we will need to contact them with an image and description of the fault before we are able to replace the item or refund you. Please stick with us during this process.
We only offer refunds on faulty items if no replacement or repair can be made.
