Returns and Refund Policy
Returns and Refunds:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on Sale items.
Please email us at info@indigoandprovisions.com before returning your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do not offer refunds on change of mind, so please choose carefully, we will gladly advise you on what size to take and how items will fit. This also applies to online purchases. We don't accept returns on sale items. We are happy to exchange size or style where possible.
We will always uphold our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If your return is accepted we will send you the information to courier it back to us. Once it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A new tracking number will be emailed once we have sent the exchange item. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card which can be used in-store or online with no expiry date.
Returns Policy For I&P Recycle:
You have 48hours after receiving your I&P Recycle item to contact us if you wish to return the item. Because we sell on behalf of others returns will only be processed as Store Credit, no cash refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable):
If you need to exchange your item due to the size or style not being right for you, send us an email at info@indigoandprovisions.com and we will work with you to get the correct size or product as an alternative to the one you purchased.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders. We encourage you to get in touch before placing your order so we can offer advice on how things fit and send you measurements where appropriate.
Faulty items (if applicable):
If you have received an item that you feel is faulty please contact us first before returning it to us. Email info@indigoandprovisions.com and let us know what is wrong with the item.
We only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged by the manufacturer, so we will need to contact them with an image and description of the fault before we are able to replace the item or refund you. Please stick with us during this process.
We only offer refunds on faulty items if no replacement or repair can be made.
Return or Exchange Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. This does not apply to faulty items.
