Iconic American heritage brand L.L.Bean was founded in 1912 by Leon Leonwood Bean in Freeport, Maine. An avid hunter and fisherman, he was inspired to create the "Maine Hunting Shoe" after returning from a hunting trip with soaked and sore feet. The original design of the "Bean Boot" combined a leather upper with a rubber bottom, addressing the problem of wet feet in the outdoors.
A perfect shirt for the summer wardrobe, this 90s piece is crafted from a lightweight, loosely woven check flannel with a soft hand feel and exceptional drape. It has a classic fit, button front closure, and a single chest pocket.
