NAMACHEKO - Overdyed Denim Jeans

NAMACHEKO was founded by Kurdish sibling duo Dilan and Lezan Lurr. Growing up in Sweden with an Iraqi background, the two translate themes of diaspora, cultural identity and juxtaposition into their garments. Self-taught in the realm of pattern making and design, the duo is known for balancing the complexity between Eastern and Western cultures through minimal designs with surprising embellishments.

Featuring a classic 5-pocket jean silhouette, these bad boys were crafted from black denim before being heavily washed and finally overdyed with magenta. The final product is a deep red with the impressive dimension of the original fabric. They feature a mid-rise with a straight leg for a classic look.
