Allen Edmonds - "Higgins Mill" Leather Boots

With nearly a century of experience making exceptional shoes and boots in America, Allen Edmonds' history is a distinctly homegrown success story. In 1922, Elbert W. Allen founded a company in Belgium, Wisconsin, that made shoes with responsive cork insoles instead of the awkward metal nails and shanks used in footwear at the time. Due in part to his own abilities as a salesman, Allen’s groundbreaking designs quickly found a following with anyone who appreciated a lighter, more flexible dress shoe that was much more comfortable from the very first wear.

Since it was first introduced in 2016, the rounded-toe shape of their 1757 footwear last and a classic design inspired by vintage logging boots have made the Higgins Mill boots one of their most sought-after icons. They're crafted from dark brown tumbled cowhide tanned by the legendary Horween tannery. They feature an 8-eye lacing system with the 3 speedhooks and a UK-made Dainite rubber outsole.
