In 1994, Swiss couple Edwin and Salomée Faeh were granted a license to create lines of clothing for the European market under the name Carhartt Work in Progress (WIP). Carhartt WIP is much more of a streetwear label than its American counterpart.
The Simple Pant has a classic work-inspired fit, with a relaxed, straight leg. Patch pockets and triple stitch detailing are further nods to a classic Carhartt WIP aesthetic. Crafted from a 9.7oz eight-wale cotton corduroy, which is simultaneously hardwearing and comfortable, stitch reinforcement at stress points adds to this pant’s durable qualities.
