FLUX is a Melbourne-based menswear label, making quality denim & tees in Australia since 1999. Having met at local gigs in the 1980's, creators of FLUX, Julian & Denis, grew a strong friendship which eventually led to the brand's inception in 1999. Both Denis and Julian have extensive backgrounds in art & design. The pair bring together a diverse array of influences: rare vintage menswear, abstract art, innovative graphic design and the urgency of the punk movement.
Styled after the iconic Type III trucker jacket first developed by Levi's in 1962, this jacket features the iconic trucker jacket construction, including hand warmer pockets seen on more modern versions. It's crafted from a midweight indigo denim with a heavy wash treatment for a vintage look and feel.
