Lee - Repaired 1980s Pleated Stripe Trousers

The company we know today as Lee Jeans began life as the H.D. Lee Corporation, based out of Kansas. Mr Henry David Lee launched his business venture back in 1889 as a grocery wholesaler that used the new network of railroads to ship fresh produce across previously impassable distances.

If there was ever a pair of trousers that screamed '80s while still having modern wearability, this is them! Union-made from striped denim, they feature pleating at the waist and a tapered leg to deliver the carrot silhouette that is emblematic of the time. They have a high rise with panelled construction on the back of the legs.

This has been repaired in-house by Indigo and Provisions. Large stains have been cut out and patched with upcycled denim from a pair of Levi's 501 jeans. Smaller, more subtle marks have been covered with faux darning.
