MHL Margaret Howell - Cropped Stripe Trousers

MHL. by Margaret Howell began as the British designer’s deep dive into workwear’s tougher side — the sturdy cottons, the no‑nonsense stitching, the details that earn their keep. The result is a sub-brand, founded in 2004, to the Margaret Howell mainline that sits comfortably between utility and modern simplicity, offering pieces that feel lived‑in from day one.

Produced under the Japanese license, these trousers are crafted from a cotton stripe fabric that closely resembles hickory stripe for a faithful workwear aesthetic. Featuring a classic trouser design, they depart from the traditional styling with the cropped, almost capri-length leg. They have a mid rise with a straight leg cut. The silver metal buttons are the cherry on top for these exceptional trousers.
