The brainchild of three friends from Stockholm and Melbourne, Neuw was founded in 2009 as a modern denim brand that puts cultural integrity over profit. The brand name is a homage to Neuwlandstraat, Brussels, where Creative Director and Co-founder Pär Lundqvist lived and began by altering denim pieces from his vintage collection.
Designed with a regular waist, slim fit and a slim-straight leg profile. A timeless slim fit inspired by the legendary musician Lou Reed and made to wear either with a rolled or unrolled hem. This version is crafted from a rigid, 100% cotton raw selvedge denim of Japanese origin.
