Troy O’Shea is an Australian-based artisan who specialises in bespoke handmade caps honouring the tradition of hat making by referencing past silhouettes, period correct machinery and utilising quality sourced materials.
Produced in mid 2025, it's crafted from beautiful 20th-century Japanese indigo check cotton. The silhouette is inspired by outdoors caps of the '90s/'00s with its 5-panel construction, longbill and adjustable nylon strap.

Excellent Condition - Wear to the fabric is due to the antique textiles used and not due to wear and tear. This piece does not include the usual Troy O'Shea label on the sweatband but has been confirmed as one of his.
