TSPTR is an acronym standing for Truth, Symmetry, Pleasure, Taste and Recognition, the five design principles of Louis Sullivan, American modernist architect, designer and 'the father of skyscrapers'. He believed that 'form should ever follow function' and TSPTR subscribes to that ideal. Their garments channel the history of the original counterculture, exploring subculture, politics, music, protest and film. Their passion for clothing with meaning ensures each TSPTR garment has both great design and a great story.
This t-shirt is from their AW23 collection, which focused on the rise of cult horror movies and bootleg VCR tapes during the 60s and 70s. Inspired by the legendary 1967 footage captured by Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin, "proving" the existence of Bigfoot, this tee features front and back graphics depicting the recording as if it were a B-grade horror film. It's crafted from 100% organic cotton jersey with a washed black tone and printed in eco-friendly water-based ink.
