WORLDman - Walt Bishop Coat

One of New Zealand's most iconic fashion houses, WORLD was established in 1989, by Francis Hooper and Dame Denise L’Estrange-Corbet. Known for their bold avant-garde designs and prints, the brand has remained fiercely independent and committed to "doing things their own way". All pieces are hand-made in New Zealand!

This beautiful check coat is from their 2013 collection. Is it named after the character played by John Noble in the TV show "Fringe"? We don't know for sure, but it could be! It features a grey and black buffalo check, electric blue lining, two slash pockets and solid black cotton facing across the shoulders and lapels.
