In 1994, Swiss couple Edwin and Salomée Faeh were granted a license to create lines of clothing for the European market under the name Carhartt Work in Progress (WIP). Carhartt WIP is much more of a streetwear label than its American counterpart.
A core part of the product line, this long-sleeve tee features the American Script branding on the chest, a nod to the heritage branding of their US-based counterpart. It's crafted from cotton jersey in a brown duck colour and constructed using triple-stitched seams, another nod to their workwear heritage.
