Launched in 1999, Beams+ is a private label from iconic Japanese retailer BEAMS. Combining a love for classic American apparel, Ivy Style and Workwear, Beams+ have been producing modern interpretations of vintage styles for 25 years!
A popover shirt is a casual button-down shirt that features a partial front placket—usually with three to four buttons—requiring it to be pulled on over the head. Popularised in the 1960s, it merges the structured collar of a dress shirt with the relaxed comfort and ease of a polo shirt.
Utilising three different colours of oxford stripe, this pop-over shirt exemplifies the playful Ivy styling we've come to expect from BEAMS+. It features a 4-button placket and a single chest pocket.
