I&P Recycle is an opportunity for you to trade in your quality pre-owned garments for store credit that you can put toward something fresh and new.

Our team photographs, measures and lists your item(s) on our website. We may also put them for sale in our physical store. Once sold we ship the goods to the customer using our courier provider. We will then pay you out 50% of the sale price in Store Credit.

If you have an item you think we should consider please read our Terms and Conditions below and then email info@indigoandprovisions.com with the details of your item(s).

Returns Policy For I&P Recycle:

You have 48hours after receiving your I&P Recycle item to contact us if you wish to return the item. Because we sell on behalf of others returns will only be processed as Store Credit, no cash refunds or exchanges.

What Brands Do You Accept?

Any brand that fits our profile of well-made, well designed and classic in style will be considered. Aside from brands that we already stock, examples of brands we look for include:

Edwin, OrSlow, Beams+, Kapital, Iron Heart, Sugarcane,The Real McCoy's, RRL, Margaret Howell, Studio Nicholson, Needles, Engineered Garments, and more...

Why Did You Not Accept My Item?

Whilst we understand that there is value in most pre-loved items, I&P Recycle is curated to suit our customer base and we select pieces that we know will work for our store. I&P Recycle is also secondary to our main business and we are a small team, we don't have unlimited capacity to process pre-owned items.

Please don't be offended if your item(s) don't make the cut.

Stained or damaged items will not be accepted and we ask that you photograph all signs of wear and tear at the time of submission. Items that have a natural patina or fading will still be considered, as will items with intentionally visible repairs (eg. sashiko or overdye).

All items must be sent to us clean, freshly laundered and free of odour. We will return any items that arrive to us in poor condition.

What Happens If My Item Does Not Sell?

While we will do our best to sell your item, sometimes our customers may not respond to it. We will contact you after 3 months if your item has not sold and suggest a price reduction. After 6 months we will contact you again and you have the option to take the item or we can donate it.

We may request that you take your items back sooner if we believe it no longer has a chance of selling.

How Do You Price Items?

When you submit your item we will give you a price suggestion based on our years of experience in the industry. We have a firm understanding of what things are worth and what customers are willing to pay.

When the item sells, you will receive 50% of the sale price in Store Credit. The remaining 50% is our fixed commission rate. We do not pay out cash for I&P Recycle.
