Born in London in 2000, Folk was started by Cathal McAteer - a restless creative and tireless wanderer, with an ambition to create a relevant and charismatic clothing brand which makes cult classics rather than pop hits.
The Monocole Overshirt is a lightweight workwear silhouette inspired by chore coats. It features a button front closure, spread collar (no top button) and three patch pockets. It's crafted from a cotton/ linen blend which is light and textural; the indigo colour of the fabric is complemented by the corozo nut buttons, which have been dyed to match.
