Few garments of utilitarian origin hold as much relevance in menswear as the M-65 Field Jacket. First introduced by the U.S. Army in 1965. Designed by Alpha Industries for the Vietnam War, it was originally crafted from a lightweight cotton/nylon sateen for durability and to accommodate the Vietnamese climate.
It features all the iconic design elements, including the chunky "Emar" front zip with storm flap, 4 front flap pockets, and internal drawstring waist. This version is fully lined in heavy cotton fabric

Vintage/Worn Condition - Shows significant signs of wear, including stains, paint marks, fading, light abrasion in small areas and a chipped button. We believe this adds to the character of the garment, giving its vintage status a level of aesthetic authenticity. Structurally, it's in great condition with all seams and hardware (zips/snaps) in great shape.
