Family-run and based in Shizuoka, Japan, Organic Handloom has been making shoes for over 70 years, transferring and developing skills and techniques through the daily intermingling of generations on the factory floor. They use only locally sourced leathers, combined with a local first approach to all components of the production process.
The Meissen is a clog style, featuring a round toe silhouette with a high-cut upper. They also feature an adjustable back strap behind the heel for additional support.
It is crafted for comfort first, with a leather upper and leather footbed that will gently mould to your feet with wear. Over time, it will develop a rich patina, like only leather can.
